Using our services constitutes and acknowledgement and agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Client Onboarding Process
We use an electronic onboarding process for adding new clients to our database and setting up client accounts.

Primary Stages of Client Onboarding
- Initial Consultation: Defines how and when we will communicate with potential clients (e.g., discovery calls, email communication).
- Project Agreement/Contract: Outlines the scope of work, deliverables, deadlines, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
- Deposit Requirement: A $150.00 retainer fee is required for all new projects and must be received before any work begins.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Rate Structure: We accept payments per word, per project, and per hour.
- Retainer: All clients must pay a $150.00 retainer fee for services.
- Payment Methods: We accept: American Express, Apple Pay, CashApp, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa.
- Invoicing: Invoices for services are due on the date indicated on the invoice.
- Late Payment Fees: We provide a 48-hour grace period after which we charge a late payment fee equivalent to 10% of the total project cost.
- Collections and Credit Bureau Reporting: All unpaid balances reamaining on account will be referred to collections and reported the three major credit bureaus after 45 days.
3. Scope of Work and Revisions
- Initial Scope: The initial scope of work must be agreed upon by both the writer and the client for your project to begin.
- Revision Policy: We include two complimentary revisions with all of our writing services. Additional revisions are billed at the hourly rate of $100.00 per hour.
- Scope Creep Management: Service requests outside of the signed scope of work will require additional service fees or an updated contract.
4. Communication Guidelines

- Preferred Communication Channels: Clients will need to specify whether you prefer email, phone, or project management tools for communication.
- Response Time: Our standard response times to client requests = 24-48 hours on weekdays.
- Business Hours: Our standard operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m – 4:30 p.m EST.
5. Project Timelines and Deadlines

- Timeline Commitments: deadlines for project milestones and final deliverables are clearly stated in the contract for services and statement of work.
- Delays and Extensions: Uxpected delays will be communicated to the client as soon as possible. Extension requests are rarely required, however we may request a deadline extension in the case of emergency, illness, or natural disaster.
- Rush Fees:Â We provide expedited service options and can accomodate most next day turnaround requests. Rush fees apply for same day revision requests and content orders.
6. Content Ownership and Copyright

- Ownership Transfer: Ownership of content is transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Usage Rights: Client will be assigned exclusive rights, full ownership, or limited use rights based on contract terms.
- Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to include completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
