3.1 By submitting content to msloydwrites, you grant msloydwrites a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

3.2 You retain ownership of the copyright to your content. However, you agree that msloydwrites may use your name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the content.

4. Compensation
5. msloydwrites may offer compensation for submitted content at its discretion. However, there is no guarantee of compensation for any submitted content.
6. Indemnification

5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless msloydwrites and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or your submission of content.
