Guest Post Submission Guidelines

We are excited to accept guest post submissions that align with the interests of our readers, which include writing clients, writers, students, small businesses, startups, and full-time RVers.

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your post to ensure high-quality content.

1. Content Relevance

  • Articles must be relevant to our target audience and fall under one of the following categories:
    • Freelance writing and content creation
    • Small business and entrepreneurship
    • Technology for remote work and RV living
    • Lifestyle tips for writers and digital nomads
  • Posts that are purely promotional or irrelevant to these topics will not be considered.

2. Original Content

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished. We do not accept articles that have been published elsewhere (including your own blog).
  • By submitting a post, you agree not to publish it elsewhere, including your own site, for at least 30 days after it appears on our blog.

3. Post Length and Structure

  • Posts should be 500 to 1,500 words in length.
  • Articles must be well-organized, using headings, subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs to improve readability.
  • Please provide a compelling introduction, informative body content, and a clear conclusion or call to action.

4. Formatting Guidelines for Guest Post Submissions

  • Use a friendly, conversational tone that engages readers.
  • Include relevant statistics, data, or case studies where possible, and cite sources properly.
  • You may include up to two external links to relevant resources (do-follow links are considered case-by-case).
  • Links should be non-promotional and add value to the article.

Use formatting tools like Grammarly and Copyscape to format your content and verify originality before submitting for publishing.

5. Images and Media for Guest Posts

  • You may include high-quality images or media (up to 3), provided they are royalty-free or you own the rights. Ensure to include proper image credits.
  • We reserve the right to remove or replace images if necessary.

6. Include a Link to Your Author Bio

  • Please include a short author bio (50-100 words), along with a headshot (optional). You may include one link to your website or social media profile in the bio.

7. Editing and Review Permissions

  • We reserve the right to edit the post for clarity, grammar, and readability. Minor changes to formatting may also be made to align with our blog’s style.
  • If significant edits are required, we will contact you for approval before publishing.

8. Affiliate and Sponsored Links

  • We do not accept posts containing outside affiliate links. Sponsored content is handled through a different process—please contact us for more information if you’re interested in sponsorship.

9. Approval and Publishing

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is received. We will review your submission and notify you of acceptance or denial within 7-10 business days.
  • If accepted, we will provide a tentative publish date.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the schedule based on editorial needs.
