Have a question or concern about your writing order? Learn how to resolve issues. Review the Dispute Resolution Policy for msloydwrites.

At msloydwrites, we are committed to providing high-quality services and maintaining positive relationships with all clients. We understand that disputes can sometimes arise, and we strive to resolve any issues in a fair, efficient, and mutually beneficial manner.

This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines the steps and procedures for resolving disputes, which apply to all contracts and service agreements between msloydwrites and its clients. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. law.

1. Initial Resolution Process

If any client has a concern or dispute regarding the services provided by msloydwrites, we encourage open communication to address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Clients should contact msloydwrites in writing within 30 days of discovering the matter in question.

Our team will respond within five business days to discuss the issue and work toward an amicable solution.

2. Mediation and Arbitration Clause

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to third-party mediation. If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute may then be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Mediation: Both parties will participate in good faith in mediation to reach a voluntary settlement. Costs associated with mediation will be shared equally, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Arbitration: Should mediation fail, arbitration will be the next course of action. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding, final, and enforceable in a court of law. Arbitration will take place in Illinois, and the arbitrator’s fees and costs will be borne by the parties as determined by the arbitrator.

3. Governing Law

Illinois Compiled Statutes

All contracts and agreements with msloydwrites are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. law. By entering into a service agreement with msloydwrites, the client agrees that any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Illinois state laws.

4. Severability Clause

If any provision of this Dispute Resolution Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed from this Policy. All remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We aim to ensure that any disputes are resolved amicably and professionally to uphold our high standards and commitment to client satisfaction.

By entering into a contract with msloydwrites, clients agree to adhere to this Dispute Resolution Policy.
