Our client intake process is highly selective to ensure that we are able to meet the business needs of our clients and our agency.

Should we move forward with taking your business on as a client, the next steps will be as follows: 

1. Client Proposal – Review your client proposal and select your desired services.
2. Retainer Fee – Submit payment for your retainer fee via our secure payment processor.
3. Contract and Services Agreement – Review and complete your client services agreement.
4. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement – Complete the required mutual non-disclosure agreement to begin service.
5. Begin Service – Services will officially begin once all payments have been received and all documents e-signed.
6. Calibration and Benchmarking – msloydwrites will analyze your existing marketing and writing performance and set campaign goals for your new project.
7. Analytics and Performance Review – Recurring services will undergo an analytics and performance review to ensure that our services are meeting your needs.
8. Update/Change/Complete Services – Update, change, or close out your services agreement as needed.
