Guest Post Submission Guidelines – Agreement

  3. c) The content complies with all applicable federal laws, including but not limited to copyright laws and the laws of the state of Illinois.

2.2 msloydwrites reserves the right to reject or remove any content at its sole discretion, without liability to you.

3.1 By submitting content to msloydwrites, you grant msloydwrites a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

3.2 You retain ownership of the copyright to your content. However, you agree that msloydwrites may use your name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the content.

  1. Compensation
  2. msloydwrites may offer compensation for submitted content at its discretion. However, there is no guarantee of compensation for any submitted content.
  3. Indemnification

5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless msloydwrites and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or your submission of content.

  1. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

7.1 msloydwrites reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of msloydwrites after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
